Rockstar Games has rolled out a new update for GTA Online, bringing in an action-packed gameplay feature titled Safeguard Deliveries. The new missions center on players acting as contracted security couriers, facing violent opposition while delivering high-value cargo across the city.

The latest update adds significant content aimed at keeping the player base engaged ahead of the much-anticipated GTA VI release. In Safeguard Deliveries, users can initiate contracts through well-known security firms in the GTA universe such as Gruppe Sechs and Bobcat Security. Players are assigned a reinforced Brute Stockade to transport packages under fire from hostile NPCs, including rival gangs and organized criminals.

Successfully completing three Safeguard Deliveries in a week unlocks exclusive Hands On Car Wash Overalls and a GTA$200,000 bonus as part of a limited-time Weekly Challenge.

The update also expands GTA Online’s fleet with newly added vehicles and maintains the usual gameplay incentives with boosted GTA$ and RP rewards.

A social media reaction gaining traction among fans humorously described the update as turning the game into an “Amazon Prime simulator with enemies,” reflecting the community’s mixed yet amused reception.

Full patch notes and mission mechanics are available on the official Rockstar Games website. With continuous content rollouts like this, Rockstar appears committed to sustaining player interest as the countdown to GTA VI continues.
